The ninth edition of HIP in 2025. Once again, IFEMA hosts this highly renowned event for professionals in the Horeca and organized foodservice sectors.
The trade fair took place from March 10th to 12th and concluded this latest edition with over 56,700 visitors and 817 exhibiting companies.
As in previous years, Felixia was present with its juices, following more than 10 years of supplying iconic hotels in the capital and hotel chains across Spain. Its practical 5-liter professional format, available either in PET drums or Liquid Bag packaging, is highly valued for its superior quality—whether fresh juice or juice processed with HPP technology.
Based in Mercamadrid and operating out of an 8,000m² facility, Palacios Roca produces top-quality juices—fresh and cold-pressed natural juices treated with high-pressure processing (HPP). Cutting-edge technology and a rigorous selection of the best seasonal fruit are combined with the expertise of a company with over 70 years of experience in the fruit and vegetable sector. From its production rooms and refrigerated warehouses, 100 tons of fresh products are distributed daily to professional markets.
