The Covid’19 crisis is undoubtedly a tough test of resistance to the tourism sector in Spain and especially to our hotels.
Palacios Roca, as a supplier of fresh natural juices and HPP to the hospitality industry, has continued working to support its customers at a time when team spirit is especially necessary.
In this way, and after three years of work in certain establishments, Palacios Roca has managed to become an official supplier of juices to the Hotusa Group, with its Felixia juices alongside renowned brands such as Bimbo or Pascual.
It is a path that Felixia has been following for five years, when Palacios Roca decided to offer its fresh juices and hpp to the hospitality industry in professional 5-liter formats, along with the traditional 250ml bottles.
In addition to the work carried out with Hotusa, Felixia natural juices are also enjoyed today by the clients of Ilunion Hoteles of the ONCE Social Group, NH Hotels and Vincci Hoteles, among other Spanish chains and establishments.
Felixia Orange juice is the star product, although the combinations of Orange with Mango, Orange with Apple, Orange with Strawberry and Orange with Carrot are also in demand for their novelty, organoleptic properties and digestibility.
Likewise, the 5-liter format is the preferred one, whether it is bottles or the new Bag5l. which prevents sunlight from reaching the product. However, the new health situation has meant that the 250ml bottle format is being demanded in some establishments due to the added hygiene provided by a product that is “unsealed” at the moment of consumption.
Felixia juices are made from fruit at the right point of ripeness and with cutting-edge technology that Palacios Roca has in its facilities in Madrid. They produce 10,000 liters of fresh natural juice daily, of which a good part is protected with HPP technology for bottling and distribution between the Large Distribution retail channel and the Hospitality Industry.
