However, they are exclusively packaged in <strong>1-liter and 750ml PET bottles<\/strong> respectively. A <strong>5-liter professional format<\/strong> is available upon request, either in PET drums or <strong>Liquid Bag<\/strong> packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Felixia\u2019s gazpacho and salmorejo are made naturally at Palacios Roca\u2019s own facilities. These are <strong>fresh, non-pasteurized<\/strong> products, treated with <strong>High Pressure Processing (HPP)<\/strong> to preserve all their <strong>nutritional and organoleptic properties<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This campaign, running from <strong>June to September<\/strong>, is expected to produce <strong>30,000 liters<\/strong> of these two culinary delights of our gastronomy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Based in <strong>Mercamadrid<\/strong> with <strong>8,000 m\u00b2<\/strong> of facilities, Palacios Roca produces the highest quality <strong>fresh and cold-pressed natural juices<\/strong>, treated with <strong>HPP technology<\/strong>. Cutting-edge technology and the careful selection of the best seasonal fruit combine with the experience of a company with over <strong>70 years in the fruit and vegetable sector<\/strong>.
